NZ Trip_ Landscapes (Interrupted)
New Zealand has such diverse landscape and even in the short two and a half weeks of the trip it can be the beach in the morning and distant snow in the mountains and alpine areas at lunchtime... this series is a collection of 'interrupted' landscapes... with something man made acting as an intrusion into the landscape (there is a lot of that) ...
Starting in Christchurch, we travelled clockwise around the island, a 3,600 km journey back to Christchurch agin... these images are generally in order of travel, although working with two cameras can get a bit challenging in that regard sometimes ...starting from Akaroa, moving down the east coast, down to the Catlins, then across to the west coast and upwards, through the mountains, an overnight trip on Doubtful Sound, up to Greymouth, across to Nelson, Blenheim, down to Kiakoura and eventually back to Christchurch... a sort of NZ 'landscape taster'...
