320 GigaPixel Photo

DP Review has posted this link to the largest panoramic photo so far created... it was shot by the people at 360 cities and is 320 Gigapixels in file size, is made up from 48,640 frames and would measure 98 x 24 metres if printed! (check the link above for more info)... spend some time zooming in as the detail is amazing.
Here is a single screenshot of a very, very tiny part of the panorama... I love it for the extreme flattening of the perspective you get when you zoom in to extreme levels... there is also a sort of 'visual wobbliness' in some parts of the image (a result of the 'stitching' software at the macro level) ... when you look at the beginning image of London, you will begin to appreciate just how far I have zoomed in... it's really quite remarkable there is still such detail available...

This got me thinking about exploring the relationships between some chosen screen shots and here are some of the results... a little bit of visual amusement... as a bonus, you sometimes see 'missing bits' and 'ghost images' (the result of things moving during subsequent exposures)... also very amusing and I hope the staff at 360 cities are not offended by me playing with their hard work...
